What it is
A video generation model with open weights, released under Tencent's own community license.
Good for
Strong results on capable hardware, for people outside the excluded regions.
The catch
The license says it does not apply in the European Union, the United Kingdom and South Korea, so people there should not use it. It is also not an open-source license. Read it before you use it.
